OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT & COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE
1. Booking & Payment Commitment
All projects and sessions require payment in advance to secure your dedicated production slot. Smaller services such as cover art and graphics require full payment upfront. Larger video projects require a 50 percent deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. This ensures your project is prioritised and completed without interruption.
2. Creative Direction Approval
Before production begins, the creative direction is confirmed based on your brief, references, and agreed concept. Once approved and production has started, major changes in creative direction will be treated as a new project or revision service.
3. Revisions & Refinement
Each project includes one revision to refine the agreed concept. This covers adjustments such as positioning, sizing, or minor visual refinements. Additional revisions or concept changes are billed separately.
4. Production Scheduling & Time Respect
All sessions and project slots are reserved exclusively for you. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session.
5. Final Delivery & File Release
Final high resolution files are delivered after final payment is complete. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations are non refundable due to reserved production time.

FardaVision operates as a professional production environment focused on high level output, efficiency, and creative excellence. FardaVision exists to turn ideas into finished, high impact creative assets through a structured production system.
