Please order these items to the property for installation by your contractor.
Nuki Smart Lock 4.0 Pro (~£250)
Crucial: Ensure it is the “Pro” version with built-in Wi-Fi. This allows it to connect directly to the router without needing a secondary bridge device.
Nuki Smart Keypad 2.0 (~£70)
To be mounted on the exterior door frame. This allows guests to input the PIN codes our system automatically generates for them.
Physical Key Lockbox (Failsafe – ~£30)
A heavy-duty manual combination lockbox (e.g., Master Lock). Electronics fail and Wi-Fi drops. We must hide a physical backup key on-site to prevent emergency lockouts.
Minut Noise Sensor (Recommended – ~£100)
A privacy-compliant sensor that monitors decibel levels (not conversations). Automatically alerts us if noise exceeds limits, preventing unauthorized parties.
02. Software Subscriptions
Please create accounts for the following services using your billing information. Once created, provide the login credentials so FardaVision can wire the backend APIs together.
Hospitable.com (The Brain – ~£30/month)
Create an account. This is the central channel manager that will handle messaging and cleaner dispatch.
PriceLabs.co (The Algorithm – ~£15/month)
Create an account. This is the dynamic pricing tool that will push optimized nightly rates to your listings.
Website Domain Registration (~£15/year)
Purchase your desired URL (e.g., stayat50b.com) via Namecheap or GoDaddy. Provide the login so we can point the DNS servers to your new direct-booking website.
03. Property Prerequisites
These environmental factors must be resolved prior to launch.
High-Speed Wi-Fi Infrastructure
The entire digital ecosystem relies on a stable connection. The router must be active and broadcasting a strong signal to the front door for the Smart Lock to communicate with the cloud server.
Professional Photography
High-resolution, wide-angle, brightly lit photos of the fully furnished maisonette must be completed before listing optimization can begin.
